DIY Friday: Animal Planters

I've seen these animal planter around but never really gave them much thought, that was until I saw a step-by-step DIY project on one of my favorite blogs, Love Meagan. I always love her fun projects for some reason I love the randomness of this project along with the playfulness of it. The best part about it, you can choose any animal or dinosaur and even paint them any colors that go with your home. Click here to see more on how this fun project is done.

Burgundy Hats

After obsessively searching fashion bogs hours upon hours I started to notice a little trend literally popping up on top of so many fashion bloggers little heads. These Burgundy hats are striking and definitely grab attention. Not mention I love how they seam like they wouldn’t necessarily go with an outfit but these bloggers so seemingly work effortlessly.

Bloggers Attend A Dinner Party by Kelly Wearstler

Recently, several bloggers have been sharing their experience at a dinner party at the house of Kelly Wearstler. Right away, I am beyond jealous. Everything that Kelly creates, designs, or even touches is amazing. The dinner party held by Mrs. Wearstler was to celebrate her new ready-to-wear line, that seriously to die for. I have loved, and envied every photo shared from various bloggers sites that they took from the party. From the decor, which as you can imagine looked amazing, all the way down to the place settings looked fabulous. Perhaps the best part about it, the invited bloggers got take home one of Kelly's clutch's from her new collection. It's to die for!

Although I am clearly jealous of these bloggers, I enjoy all of their blogs and have of course drooled over the photos they have shared from the night.

Gold Spray Painted Fashion....Again

So last week I posted a sort of potential DIY project to revamp your jeans with gold spray paint. I originally found the idea over at A Pair and A Spare, and then found several fashion bloggers rockin’ gold pants that could easily resemble a spray painted pair. Anyways, I then found this DIY project over at the wonderful Runway DIY. The always talented blogger took inspiration from a Stella McCartney gold sweater. To get her sweat she took a can of spray paint and introduced it to a swat. The end result, another beautiful piece of spray painted fashion.

Affordable blogger fashion

Despite what fashion bloggers say, they don’t match up to the everyday girls fashion affordability. I love Niki over at Tiny Sailor for her impeccable fashion and style at every price. She makes things from places from forever 21 and target seem so much more expensive and high fashion. I give this fashionista more then just an A+ for not just her style but her realistic clothing budget. Here are some great outfits that fit everyone budget.
Dress from Target (2 years ago!) Love it!
Top and necklace from Forever 21, skirt from Urban Outfitters, shoes from Old Navy
Sweater and belt thrifted, skirt and collard shirt from Forever 21,  shoes from Steve Madden
Sweater and shorts from Forever 21, shoes from Wal-Mart!

Fully Clothed In The Nude

Like a recent post from last week I showed you all about bloggers in bright colored pants. This time, I'm going to show you some great bloggers is shades of nudes, tans, and creams. Yes, this color does sometimes get forgotten or over looked but its really a great color when paired with warmer tones. Here are some great looks with nude touches...in color that it. Oh, and perfect for more fall inspiration looks.
